RailKernel is available in four license editions. The DEMO edition is free for evaluation. Commercial editions are intended for permanent use on real layouts.
Every RailKernel edition allows an unlimited number of locomotives, wagons, feedbacks, blocks, accessories, trains and command-station interfaces. Manual driving is unlimited. The only license-dependent limit is the number of trains that may drive automatically at the same time; that maximum is stated with each edition.
“Unlimited” applies to all functionality up to and including RailKernel 11.02. Functionality added after release 11.02 is not automatically included in an existing license.
